How Many Sources of Income?

How many sources of income do you have? They say that 7 is what you should aim for. These days the more the better don't you think? Most people have only 1 and that is their usual "job". Now more than ever having multiple sources seems like the sensible thing to do. What position would you be in if you lose that job or something were to happen to you? Start by adding 1 more at a time slowly using your investment funds and then use that income to start another etc. It's not rocket science just have a look around and ask others what they are doing.

Today's Thoughts 26/06/15

Some thoughts on my recent racing/training...
I had 3 running goals of sorts for the first half of this year and now that we're almost at the end of June, i thought I'd see where i am with it. 
Goal 1. To make the 1000m Hcp series final (Knox) - achieved
Goal 2. To win the 400m Hcp series final (Burwood) - 5th in the final.
Goal 3. My MAIN goal to break 60 secs for 400m - 60.92PB was the best with several runs in the 61sec range.
The last one is to be an ongoing one and i am 100% sure it will happen soon with work.
My 9 YEAR PB of 1:46.26 for 600m last night at East Burwood shows me again that i've improved well by setting these goals.
Aim HIGH and you will ALWAYS move forward...

Reflections... I was just thinking about things a little this morning and it occurred to me how interesting it is the way life goes sometimes. Probably my favourite thing to do now is compete in Masters Athletics. I first started attending in 2004 when i put my kids into Little Athletics. At the time i'd just given up smoking (heavily) and was embarking on a fitness kick of sorts that started some months earlier following the second of two serious motorcycle accidents. The first of these was a head-on collision in Christmas Hills one Sunday afternoon while riding with a few others. We used to do these rides quite often at the time. (Part 2 coming soon)...
